We are an international freelancing platform where freelancers and clients can connect directly and collaborate on various projects. Our mission is to create opportunities for everyone in a 100% commission-free environment.

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Overview

Kiron Work is an independent and open freelancing platform. We do not deduct any commission, meaning your earnings are entirely yours. However, access to advanced features may require a subscription to one of our premium plans.

2. Account Creation & Use

✅ Minimum Age: Users must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.

✅ Accurate Information: You must provide complete and accurate information when creating an account.

✅ Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account secure.

3. User Responsibilities

Freelancers: Must maintain a professional profile, complete tasks on time, and act ethically.

Clients: Must provide clear project descriptions and ensure timely payments.

❌ Prohibited Activities: Fraud, illegal activities, or actions that cause harm to others are strictly forbidden.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

💳 Payment Gateway: We process payments through international gateways like Stripe, etc., using USD as the standard currency.

🧾 Commission-Free: Kiron Work does not take any commission from freelancers or clients.

🎟️ Subscription Plans:

Silver: $50 / year

Gold: $100 / year

Premium: $300 / lifetime

Unlimited: $500 / lifetime

Subscription is not mandatory, but required to access premium features and priority support.

All subscription payments must be made in USD and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. Ownership & Content

You retain full ownership of all content, work, and profile materials you upload.

Kiron Work reserves the right to display this content for verification and marketing purposes only.

7. Disputes & Resolution

Users must attempt to resolve conflicts among themselves first.

If necessary, Kiron Work may act as a neutral mediator, though we are not legally obligated to intervene.

8. Service Modifications & Termination

Kiron Work reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.

You may terminate your account at your discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the quality, success, or timely completion of any work.

The platform is provided "as-is", and we are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from its use.

All legal matters relating to Kiron Work shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, and any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of a U.S. court of law.
